Backline has significantly impacted the music industry by providing free mental health and wellness resources, serving over 25,000 professionals and their families since 2019. They have delivered over 1,600 personalized care plans, established a 24/7 crisis support line (B-LINE), and created a network of vetted mental health providers across all 50 U.S. states.

Key accomplishments include:

• Direct Support & Crisis Care: Launched B-LINE, a 24/7 hotline and text line in partnership with Spotify and Live Nation for immediate, industry-specific mental health crisis support.
• Case Management & Therapy: Provided thousands of customized care plans to help individuals find specialized, industry-aware therapists, substance use treatment, and support groups.
• Conducted the first clinical training workshops on supporting music industry families and partnered with Eventric Master Tour to integrate a "Mental Health Button" into touring software.
• Global Expansion & Partnerships: Partnered with Spotify to launch a Global Mental Health Resource Hub
• Fundraising: Raised over $40,000$ 40 comma 000$40,000 in their 2023 World Mental Health Day Benefit Show to expand services.
