- Policy and Legislation: Played a pivotal role in the passage and reauthorization of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), enhancing federal responses to abuse. They advocate for increased funding, including the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA).
- Technology Safety (Safety Net Project): Educates advocates and survivors on tech abuse, privacy, and security. They partnered with Ring to donate 20,000 security cameras/doorbells to survivors.
- Legal Information: Operates WomensLaw.org, providing free, confidential, state-specific legal information and support in English and Spanish.
- Coalition Support: Provides training, technical assistance, and resources to 56 state and territorial coalitions against domestic violence.
- Awareness and Research: Conducts the Annual Domestic Violence Counts Report, documenting the needs of survivors and gaps in services.
